• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy of 48 Hrs, A fee of 29.00 will be payable if within the 48 Hrs period. if paid in advance the refund will include this fee.

• 230v Power must be made available to our Technician.

• Water at reasonable flow rate must be made available for our Technician.

• Access to the Hot Tub must not be restricted.

• An electrical isolator must be fitted to the machine in order for us to work on the machine safely.

• The Customer is to notify our technician on their preferred method of disinfectant (I.e. Chlorine or Bromine), we will however usually ask this before the visit or at the time of the visit. We cannot at any time take responsibility of using the wrong disinfectant and the possibility of skin irritation occurring.

• Children and Animals must be kept away from the work area as we use chemicals that may harm them.

Winterisation Service

​

• We cannot guarantee ice damage to the machine when re-opened in the warmer months, we make every effort at the time of winterisation to remove all water within the machine, water in the pipework can freeze and potentially cause leaks when reopened. However Winterisation is still the best way to protect your machine when not used for long periods.
