Our services are meticulously designed to optimise the performance of your Hot Tub. We utilise premium-grade chemicals and state-of-the-art equipment, adhering to the latest standards in Hot Tub maintenance.

Service Terms:

   1. The Hot Tub must be fully operational; we are unable to perform cleaning services on non-functioning units.

   2. The Hot Tub should contain water (the existing water is acceptable). However, we reserve the right to refill the Hot Tub at an additional cost                 of £25, as this requires extra time and resources.

   3. Access to a drain or designated area for water drainage is necessary.

   4. A hose and water supply for refilling the Hot Tub must be made available.

   5. Access to a functioning power socket for our technician is essential.

   6. The customer is to supply a replacement filter if required

*We emphasise the importance of meeting the above requirements; failure to do so may result in a £29 attendance fee to cover minimal costs if we are unable to complete the booking.

**Please be advised that the stated price on our booking page applies to services rendered within a 25-mile radius. For locations beyond this range, a fuel surcharge may apply, and additional mileage will incur a charge of 50p per mile (one-way).
