What locations do you provide Hot Tub cleaning?
We cover all of South Wales (Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, Swansea, Chepstow, Abergavenny, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, also covering Bristol, Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
How much does a Hot Tub service / clean cost?
An average Hot Tub costs around £175 to deep clean, including all cleaning and balancing chemicals - See our BOOKING PAGE for latest pricing.
Do you work on all Hot Tub makes and models?
Yes - We clean any type of machine from Jacuzzi to Bestway (and anything in between).
My Hot Tub doesn't work, are you able to clean?
Sorry, If your Hot Tub isn't working, then it cant be cleaned. if you need repair, we can arrange this for you.
Would you clean my LazySpa / Intex inflatable tub?
Yes - Prices are from £160 for a deep hygiene clean.
Do you clean Plunge Pools (a.k.a. cold baths)?
Yes of course! We recommend these are cleaned on a monthly basis for hygiene reasons! We have a subscription plan for this.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
It varies throughout the seasons, we will try and fit you in ASAP. We do sometimes operate a waitlist during busy times. Our regular customers always have priority.

Is there a deposit to pay?
All Bookings are payable up front unless agreed otherwise.
Any other costs I should be worried about?
We will always let you know of any other costs (such as travel surcharge (25m+) after booking - Other charges such as Hot Tub not being full of water on arrival will be placed on final bill (this is part of our Terms of service) - The price you select on our booking page is generally the price you pay. as long as your within our Terms of service.
What payment options do you offer?
We take Cash, Bank Transfer, In-person Debit/Credit card and Mobile wallet payments (except American Express), We do not accept cheques due to the decline in acceptance.
How long does a Hot Tub hygiene service take?
Depending on the type of Hot Tub machine, this can take a number of hours, it depends on your water flow pressure from the tap, typically around 3-4 Hours.
Questions on our Services
I haven't used my Hot Tub in ages, will it need cleaning?
It is highly recommended that unused Hot Tubs, especially those that have been left filled with water, are to be drained and disinfected before further use.
How will you drain my Hot Tub?
We operate water submersible high flow pumps and dual action specialist pool vacuums.
How long will it take to drain our Hot Tub?
Around 30 mins for full draining with our method.
Do you repair broken Hot Tubs?
It all depends on the type of repair, but we focus primarily on the cleaning and maintenance services for working spas. The Hot Tub must be functional for us to undertake any level of cleaning service. We can arrange major repairs with a 3rd party local service if required.
How often do you recommend carrying out a water replacement?
Ideally, every 3 to 4 months the water should be fully drained, machine fully cleaned and replenished. Many of our customers use us for an annual service and then quarterly water changes to maintain a healthy environment for enjoying their Hot Tub year-round.
Do you offer a 'hibernation' or "winterisation" service for hot tubs in winter?
Yes, this is known as our winterising or Hot Tub winter decommission service. With this, we fully drain, clean and insulate the internal plumbing. Unions are loosened to prevent damage from potential freezing during cold spells and the entire shell is wrapped for added protection. The price also includes return to get your machine commissioned again at a later date - Unlike our competitors who charge for return visits....
