Terms of Service 

General

  • All bookings are subject to a deposit fee of £35.00 which is non refundable. Cancellations and rescheduling can be made any time prior to 2 hours before the service is due. The full amount will then be required.

  • 230v Power must be made available to our Technician.

  • Water at reasonable flow rate must be made available for our Technician. We reserve the right to charge for extra time if tap water pressure is low from your mains supply.

  • Access to the Hot Tub must not be restricted.

  • An electrical isolator must be fitted to the machine in order for us to work on the machine safely. Without this we will not work on the machine for safety reasons

  • The Customer is to notify our technician on their preferred method of disinfectant (I.e. Chlorine or Bromine), we will however usually ask this before the visit or at the time of the visit. We cannot at any time take responsibility of using the wrong disinfectant and the possibility of skin irritation occurring.

  • Children and Animals must be kept away from the work area as we use chemicals that may harm them.

Winterisation Service

  • We cannot guarantee ice damage to the machine when re-opened in the warmer months, we make every effort at the time of winterisation to remove all water within the machine, water in the pipework can freeze and potentially cause leaks when reopened. However Winterisation is still the best way to protect your machine when not used for long periods.
