Terms and Conditions


The following is a brief overview of what is included in a full service and the conditions of the service;
  • Remove and treat filters with filter cleaner. Recommend new filters where necessary - (we can supply new by request at additional cost).
  • Run chemical system flush (specialist antibacterial and degreaser cleaner to clean internal pipework).
  • Remove tub sides (where accessible) and inspect pipework for leaks and obvious faults.
  • Clean and protect Hot Tub lid and shell with UV protectant (additional cost) - see our TUBMASTER Protect page
  • Drain Hot Tub and clean Hot Tub shell with surface cleaner.
  • Remove residual water in the tub and jets.
  • Remove jets (where possible) clean and refit. Some jets may not be possible to remove without damaging them due to scale build up or other chemical damage. Customer will be advised if this is the case.
  • Refill Hot Tub with fresh water, check operation of pumps, blower, lights and heater.
  • Rinse and refit filters.
  • The service can take from 2 hour up to 4 hours, depending on your water pressure and the condition of the Hot Tub on day of service.


N.B For us to proceed with the service, your Hot Tub must be:

  1. Filled with water (above the highest jet) if not, an additional labour rate will be charged @ £35 (capped) to fill your Hot Tub.
  2. Your Hot Tub should be Switched on and have readily accessible power available.
  3. Your Hot Tub should be heated to above 26 degrees Celsius - This allows or chemicals best performance and effect.
  4. If the Hot Tub is surrounded by decking or other structures, gazebo, summer house etc, the tub owner is responsible for ensuring access is available to the internal control box and circulation pump at the very minimum.
