1. Cleaning Preparation:

• Check machine to ensure there are no current existing issues.

• remove and inspect lid.

• Check diverters and open all jets ready for the flushing process. 

• Check Stream Jets.

2. Flushing the System:

• Before draining, we will flush the internal pipework with a specialised a hot tub solution to remove biofilm and debris build-up.

• This helps prevent the build-up of bacteria and other contaminants that can accumulate in the pipes.

• Descale the pipework if required.

3. Draining the Water:

• Turn off the power to the Swim Spa at the isolator or circuit breaker.

• Using our Water pumps and the machines water evacuation systems we remove all water from the machine, also using suction vacuums and removing any trapped water in the pipework and pump cavities.

4. Cleaning the Shell and Surfaces:

• Once the hot tub is empty, spray the interior with a hot tub surface cleaner. 

• Wipe down the shell, paying attention to areas around jets and ridges. 

• Rinse the shell thoroughly and wipe it down with drying materials towel. 

• Clean the cover and outer panels, removing any debris or build-up

5. Refill the Hot Tub (if requested)

6. Ensure machine is working and left at desired temperature to heat (if requested)

​

7. Apply TubMaster Protect (if requested)
